Peggy Johnson has 25 years of experience in the healthcare market. She has worked with private and public healthcare companies as well as not-for-profit and government healthcare organizations. Specific areas of expertise that Peggy brings to clients include project management, program development, product development, communication enhancement, outreach, and market presence.
Prior to starting her own healthcare consulting company, Peggy was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Xerox in the government healthcare division where her major responsibilities included revenue growth, oversight of sales processes, new product development and roll-out, prospect building, understanding and analysis of systems, technologies and services, customer relations, public relations, client report analysis, proposal development, and client retention. She also held management positions in marketing and sales at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and led large RFP response divisions for large healthcare companies.
Peggy’s professional training includes the following designations: Health Insurance Associate (HIAA), Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP – AHIP), Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI), Life Office Management Association (LOMA), and Licensed Insurance Agent in the State of Indiana. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in English Education and a Masters in Healthcare Administration.
